Gail and her sister, Melissa, at the 2016 commencement ceremony.

In her Nurse Practitioner role, she supported the mission of MCN by caring for the underserved at the Community Health Care Clinic for several years. She encouraged her sister, Melissa, to become a registered nurse and nurse practitioner and was honored to present her with her diploma cover when Melissa graduated from MCN’s M.S.N. program in 2016.

The college celebrated Petro’s retirement on May 2, where Cathi Kaesberg talked about her 15 years of teaching and service at MCN.
