Showcase your teaching, research, and service using your own customized University web pages. About.IllinoisState is a browser-based way to create web pages. No additional software is required. This workshop is open to faculty and staff only. Registration is required.

ReggieNet Gradebook Clinic

Students and instructors will use a new Gradebook in ReggieNet starting in fall 2017. This tool offers new features and a new, more “spreadsheet-like” experience for instructors. Join us for this one-hour workshop, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of this updated resource through hands-on experience. You’ll leave prepared to use the new Gradebook on your first day of classes. No stipend is offered for this workshop. Registration is required.

Creating Articles for News.IllinoisState
Wednesday, August 9 • 9 to 10 a.m.

Learn how to use the News.IllinoisState.edu content management system, powered by WordPress, to add news articles, tag them to feed to multiple locations (including your website), and insert images and photo galleries, and more. This workshop is open to faculty and staff only. Registration is required

OUCampus
Thursday, August 10 • 9 to 10 a.m.

Learn how to update your unit’s website using OUCampus, Illinois State’s primary content management system. You will be given access to your website(s) and trained to add, edit, and publish content, including links and PDFs. You’ll also learn how to request more complex website updates from the Web and Interactive Communications staff, such as photo and layout changes. Registration is required.

Formstack for Beginners
Thursday, August 10 • 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Discover how to build and update forms using Formstack, Illinois State’s primary, nonresearch form creation tool. You will learn how to download forms submissions data and set up notifications. Completing this training is a prerequisite for using Formstack. Registration is required.
