Join Health Promotion and Wellness, Campus Recreation, and other campus resources to kick off the SEVEN program 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, on the Quad. Sign up for the SEVEN program and visit with campus organizations from all seven dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational.

SEVEN is a wellness incentive program where participants log activities in the seven dimensions of wellness September through April each year. Activities logged earn participants points, which in turn equals prizes. Points = prizes = wellness! In addition to accruing personal points, participants also engage in some friendly competition with their peers to earn the most points during the program.
