Distinguished scholars and diplomats visited the Normal-Bloomington area for a weekend of panel discussions on crucial topics including public opinion, identity politics, foreign policy, democratic governance, and the implications of Brexit and the Trump Administration. There were 23 scholarly papers presented in six panels. Over 50 scholars, students, administrators, faculty, and community members attended the conference.
