Back by popular demand! Join Alumni Relations and the School of Art glass program for their “hot stuff,” hands-on glass workshop. Get an exclusive look at glass-blowing, learn about the historical Glass House (established in 1970), and make a one-of-a-kind glass piece. For returning guests, this will be a new piece to add to your collection!

Pieces created by Illinois State students will also be available for purchase.

Space is limited with groups beginning every 30 minutes. A time will be assigned when guests register.

When: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Saturday, November 11
Where: Illinois State Glass House, located behind Ropp Agriculture Building at Willow and Main Street.

Cost for the event is $25. This includes snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and a one-of-a-kind piece. A portion of each registration will also benefit the Pilchuck School Partnerhip ScholarshipRegister with Juliana Nelson at (309) 438-2495 between 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Participants must be 16 years or older. Limit two reservations per order.
