Want to feel more comfortable in your own skin? Would you like to engage in behaviors to maximize your health without succumbing to body shaming, or focusing on unhealthy ideals portrayed by the media? Then check out the Male Body Image Workshop Wednesday, February 28, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in 376 Student Services Building.

This one-hour workshop, co-sponsored by Student Counseling Services and Health Promotion and Wellness, is designed to help men learn how to combat the unrealistic, ultra-muscular ideal portrayed by the media. Participants will learn about male body image and eating disorder myths while also exploring ways to combat unrealistic ideals.
