Hey, Redbirds! It’s that time of year again. The last big projects and exams are wrapping up and finals are fast approaching. It is important to de-stress while studying for exams and preparing for projects. Campus Recreation is here to help!

Join Campus Recreation for the perfect study break on Sunday, May 6 from 1–2 p.m. for the Stress Less Yoga Fest. Restorative Yoga will be held from 1-1:45 pm and then following will be Guided Meditation from 1:45–2 pm. This event provides a unique yoga experience for participants as a way to de-stress before finals. If weather allows, the event will be held outside, but there will be a rainy day location that the event will be moved to if necessary. Come and go as your schedule allows, but be sure to stop by to help maintain your health and wellness during the hectic week before finals.

This event is partnered with Health Promotion and Wellness as well as the Meditation Club. There will be “Stress Less” goodie bags available to give you that boost you need to get through finals week. Be sure to grab one after the event!

Don’t forget that Campus Recreation will also be open before and after the event for all your recreational wants and needs. Check the Campus Recreation Hours to see when you can stop by and visit us!
