The Illinois State University Career Center is proud to open registration for its fall of 2018 career fairs.

“Career fairs are excellent opportunities for employers interested in connecting with Redbird talent,” said Career Center Director Pamela Cooper. “Each event allows employers to find outstanding talent for their full- and part-time openings and internships.”

The fairs are listed below and link to more information including employer registration. Please notice there are changes in location and types of fairs held than that of previous years.

  • Part-time Job Fair: 3–6 p.m. Tuesday, September 4. Connects employers seeking to fill part-time positions on or near campus with students seeking local employment.
  • Accounting Career Fair: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Friday, September 14. Connects recruiters hiring for accounting positions only with students and alumni who are majoring in accounting and seeking an accounting position.
  • Fall Internship and Career Fair: 4–7 p.m. Tuesday, October 2. Connects recruiters with students from all majors seeking internship opportunities and full-time employment.
  • Healthcare Professions Fair: 12:30–3 p.m. Thursday, November 15. Connects recruiters from hospitals, social service agencies, and health-related organizations seeking to hire candidates from all majors interested in the healthcare industry for full-time employment or externship/internship experiences.
