This intensive, three-day workshop is designed as peer-based instructional development where participants engage in participatory learning designed to develop skills and knowledge about student-centered learning concepts and strategies. Full-time tenure or non-tenure track participants who complete all three days are eligible for a $300 stipend.

Give Your Course a Makeover

Breathe new life into your old course—one that you’ve “tweaked” so often that now it feels off-kilter or one you took over from a colleague but haven’t managed to make your own. This is an opportunity to address any of these problems by applying the basic building blocks of course design to create a high-quality, engaging learning experience that meets the needs of Illinois State University’s diverse community of undergraduate and graduate scholars. Ideally, it will be a course you can’t wait to teach! A $500 stipend is available to eligible participants who complete the program.
