Illinois State University is looking for volunteer, role-playing participants for an emergency exercise on campus this June.

As part of the University’s ongoing preparedness efforts, the emergency exercise on June 18 will test the ability of Student Health Services and their medical partners to respond to and begin treatment for injuries that students, faculty, staff, and visitors may receive during a tornado event. The exercise will take place in the Student Services Building and will include staff from Student Health Services, Redbird EMS, athletic trainers, faculty and students from Mennonite College of Nursing, the Normal Fire Department, and people role-playing as University faculty and students.

Those interested in role-playing during this exercise can register by clicking on the Student Health Services Disaster Drill link on the Emergency Management website.
