During the College of Applied Science and Technology Spring meeting on April 30, 2019, several members of the department of technology were honored. Jeritt Williams was awarded the CAST Outstanding Teacher Award: Non-Tenure Track, Kevin Devine was awarded the CAST Outstanding Teacher Award: Tenure Track, and Samikaran Bhattari was awarded the CAST Graduate Student Project Category Award.
