Celebrate students, faculty, and staff who are living Illinois State University’s core values by nominating them for a Living Our Values Award.
Presented monthly, the awards are part of a celebration of the University’s strategic plan, Educate Connect Elevate: Illinois State—The Strategic Plan for Illinois’ First Public University 2018-2023. The plan spells out the University’s commitment to the core values of Learning and Scholarship, Diversity and Inclusion, Respect, Collaboration, Individualized Attention, Civic Engagement, and Integrity.
Nominations are accepted on an ongoing basis. Nominees can be any current Illinois State student, faculty, or staff member, or a group of people at Illinois State working toward a program or initiative that reflects the core values. Nominations not chosen will roll over into consideration for a future award.
