Walk your way to wellness!

Come and enjoy the wonder of the great outdoors on campus by walking with Health Promotion and Wellness every Wednesday this summer! Support several dimensions of your wellness by being part of a walking community (social, emotional, intellectual) while communing with nature (spiritual, environmental) and moving your body (physical). Participants will join Health Promotion and Wellness staff for a 30-minute walk on varied routes through the campus.

What: Wednesday Wellness Walks 
Who:
Wednesday Wellness Walks are open to anyone
When: Starts Wednesday, May 22 at 12:15 p.m. Walks will continue through summer.
Where: Meet by the flagpole at the north end of the Quad.

Wellness walks are free and open to faculty, staff, students, and anyone else who wishes to attend. Registration is appreciated so any updates can be sent to participants should weather challenges be anticipated, or other unforeseen circumstances.
