The northbound and southbound lanes of Fell Avenue adjacent to the Watterson Towers residence hall will be closed Monday through Wednesday, July 15-17. The street closure on Fell, between North Street and Beaufort Street, will accommodate the work of a construction crane lifting new air handling units to the roof of Watterson Towers.
