Milner Library announces funding for Washington, D.C., student internship

Milner Library is sponsoring a scholarship program to encourage professional practice opportunities for high-achieving students who wish to complete their internship in Washington, D.C. The summer 2020 application is now available.

Milner provides financial support to offset the cost of housing for a qualified student who is interested in an internship with the Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, Smithsonian Institution, or archives and libraries in individual government agencies. Students from all majors and disciplines are encouraged to apply. Read about our summer 2019 scholarship recipient’s life-changing experience.
