ISU’s communication sciences and disorders program ranked fourth in state
Illinois State University was ranked fourth in Zippia’s The 5 Best Colleges In Illinois For Communication Disorders Sciences Majors in 2019.
There are 12 undergraduate programs in communication sciences and disorders (CSD) in the state of Illinois. The information used in establishing this ranking was based on student success, including mean earnings and rate of employment 10 years post-graduation, and school performance measures, including graduation rates and cost of attendance. Data was obtained from the National Center for Education Statistics and ED.gov.
In addition to having one of the most comprehensive undergraduate programs in the state, the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders also offers a competitive and fully-accredited master’s program in speech-language pathology and a clinical doctoral program in audiology.
