You are not alone on two arms with hands holding

What do you do when a student or friend seems to be troubled, but does not say anything? What do you do when they ask you for help? You might worry and feel incompetent in helping, right? You can learn how to show that you care and feel more confident in supporting that person in as little as 30 minutes.

Kognito, an online interactive training service, will be available this year to all Illinois State students and faculty. Avatars will help you learn through role-play conversations how to be the support students and friends need you to be when they are in distress.
