While Opscan jobs are normally processed in a matter of minutes, during finals week, it could take up to three hours to process jobs at peak times. Opscan patrons can make their experience faster in a couple of ways:

  • Download, print, and fill out your job request form ahead of time.
  • Getting results electronically? You can call Opscan at (309) 438-2139 to set up a unique password.
  • If your teaching assistant is picking up results for you, make sure you’ve filled out an authorization for this academic year.

Opscan is now located in Williams Hall, along with the rest of the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT). Patrons are encouraged to walk. However, a 10-minute reserved parking spot is available for Opscan patrons next to Centennial East, across from the entrance to the School Street Parking Garage.
