Images of STEM inside the HSRS High School Research Symposium featuring STEM research projectsThe High School Research Symposium (HSRS) invites Illinois high school students to showcase their research projects at our 19th annual research symposium.

Students can share their original work in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). The symposium is open to all high school students engaged in research, scholarship, and creative achievement under the direction of a teacher and/or professional mentor.

  • Who: High school students in the ninth, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades
