The 2020 University Research Symposium will open online April 27. Oral presentations will begin on Zoom on April 25.

The online symposium is an opportunity to showcase university-wide research, scholarship, and creative activity. The online display will remain open for two weeks.

Nearly 100 abstracts, posters, and Powerpoint presentations of undergraduate and graduate students will be available. The Graduate School has partnered with Milner Library to create the symposium utilizing ISUReD. It is free and open to the public.

Another exciting opportunity will be the oral and panel presentations of students’ research and creative work via Zoom sessions in the following programs:

  • The Department of Physics—8 a.m.-1 p.m. April 25, Zoom meeting ID# 650-402-442
  • The School of Theatre and Dance—1-3:45 p.m. April 28, Zoom meeting ID# 715-20-1371

The Symposium encourages cross-disciplinary interactions and focuses on communicating research to the general public. All are encouraged to visit ISUReD to show support of the students. A program book containing the details of the registered students’ project information will be available at the opening on the Graduate School website.
