Congratulations to Bill Davis ’02, M.S. ’03, of Ameren for being named to the Public Utility Fortnightly’s “Fortnightly Under Forty.” Davis is a graduate of Illinois State University’s applied economics sequence in electricity, natural gas, and telecommunications economics.

Public Utilities Fortnightly is the forum for stakeholders in utility regulation and policy. It was founded in 1928 to provide a neutral platform for key stakeholders to contribute to the conversation surrounding regulatory and policy issues. It provides a platform where all industry stakeholders have a voice and can “Impact the Debate.”

The “Fortnightly Under Forty” is awarded each year to selected members who are under the age of forty and who are considered to be a rising star of the industry.
