Illinois State’s goal is to have the best-kept facilities in the Missouri Valley Conference, which requires hard work. The weeks when campus was quiet due to the coronavirus shutdown provided opportunity to tackle several projects.

A new softball batting cage was installed, and new dugout padding added at the baseball and softball fields. The weight room floor was redone. A roofing project at Horton Field House was completed, and the faded handrails in Redbird Arena’s upper deck were painted. The Doug Collins Court was sanded, painted, and sealed.
