How do I connect with employers? What if I can’t attend a career fair? How do I showcase my skills now? These are a just few questions students may be asking about their careers during the pandemic. Career Services is proud to provide the Career Readiness Series to help Redbirds continue to achieve career success.

The Career Readiness Series helps students build their employability skills by learning the value of transferable skills and LinkedIn use. “Career Services is offering the Career Readiness Series as a way for our students to go more in-depth into specific topics related to their career success. In these sessions students will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of how to do well in an interview by learning how to showcase their transferable skills,” said Career Services Career Advisor Mark Fauble. “Many students find it difficult to be successful in interviews because they haven’t taken the time to really explore the skills they have acquired, so it is nice to have a space in which they can be guided through the thought process”.
