Henderson and Platt named Women of Distinction from McLean County YWCA
Please help the Center for Education in Mathematics, Science, and Technology (CeMaST) to congratulate Rebecca Henderson and Dr. Christa Platt as they were both named as Women of Distinction by McLean County’s YWCA.
Rebecca Henderson is a business owner and consultant of SMARTpath Education Services, LLC. She spent her career working to create career pathways and equal access to gainful employment for all. Henderson also serves as an advisory board member of CeMaST.
Dr. Christa Platt from Illinois State University is the director of the Multicultural Center. Dr. Platt is also the founder of Saving Grace, a community program that mentors and educates young women on understanding and navigating structural racism. Platt is one of the advisory board members of CeMaST.
