Did you know that seven out of eight CAST departments graduate female students into male-dominated fields? This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Cara Rabe-Hemp, Associate Dean for the College of Applied Science and Technology. She’ll discuss realities of pay, opportunity, and equity for women in male-dominated fields, detail some helpful resources, and more.
