The 2020 FORM 1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage was mailed on March 1, 2021.

Taxpayers do not need to wait to receive Forms 1095-B and 1095-C before filing their returns. Taxpayers may rely on other information received from their employer or other coverage provider for purposes of filing their returns. Individuals need not send the information relied upon to the Internal Revenue Service when filing their returns but should keep it with their tax records.

For those circumstances where an employee has not received their 2020 Form 1095-C in the mail and cannot access the online portal to obtain an electronic copy, the employee should submit a Request for Form 1095-C Replacement Form to the Payroll Office. As of February 26, 2021, electronic versions of these forms are available through iPeople Self-Service.

Additional information regarding Form 1095-C is available on the Payroll website.
