Human Resources announces the open enrollment for the University Sick Leave Bank (SLB) program from April 14, 2021 through April 26, 2021.
In order to participate in the Sick Leave Bank, employees must have a balance of at least five (5) days of earned sick leave after the one-day donation is made. Donations are not taken until the start of the new fiscal year, so the balance on July 1, not the balance at the time of enrollment, determines eligibility. Employees whose sick leave balance is insufficient to meet this requirement will not be eligible to participate in the Sick Leave Bank.
