Join the Alumni Association, Assistant Director of Watterson’s Culinary Support Center Adam Feaman, and Executive Chef of Catering for Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality Phil Cade from the comfort of your home to get a guided tour of the newly renovated culinary centers at Watterson Dining Commons and the Bone Student Center.

The Culinary Support Center at Watterson Dining Commons, completed in August 2019, includes a smoker, full-service bakery, cook-chill production system, cold production room, test kitchen, and private dining room. The newly renovated catering kitchen at the Bone Student Center has allowed Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality to increase operational efficiencies. Updated equipment featuring innovative technology and modern applicances have positively impacted catering operations and give the culinary team more opportunities to continue offering guests exceptional meals and experiences.

The virtual event is free to attend. Participants can register online now through 4:30 p.m. on May 19. Questions can be sent to Juliana Nelson, assistant director for Alumni Engagement.
