LIVE WELL with Eight at State Incentive Program
LIVE WELL with Eight at State is a free incentive-based program designed to support healthy living for Illinois State University students, staff, and faculty. The Eight at State initiative emphasizes a holistic approach to well-being through the intentional focus on eight dimensions of wellness: Emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational.
Engaging with the LIVE WELL program is simple—Join the program online at https://wellness.illinoisstate.edu/live-well/, take the wellness assessments, and begin to track your day-to-day activities that align with one or more of the eight dimensions of wellness. Over the course of the program, LIVE WELL will host monthly challenges for participants and weekly messages designed to motivate and inform participants about ways to further develop personal wellness. Activities entered accrue points and participants become eligible for incentives. Individuals are empowered to engage with LIVE WELL at the level appropriate for them.
A note to LIVE WELL newcomers: You can win a LIVE WELL T-shirt or stone coaster simply by logging your first 10 activities in LIVE WELL! Your activities can be under any wellness dimension. Email us at email@example.com to claim your prize!
LIVE WELL April Challenge: Log at least five activities focusing on emotional wellness to win an Emotional Wellness pin and a well-being book!
