Dr. Christina Nulty

There will be a retirement celebration for Student Health Services Director Dr. Christina Nulty on Monday, August 30, from 3-4:30 p.m. in the Circus Room at the Bone Student Center. Remarks will be at 3:45 p.m.

Dr. Nulty received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. With 18 years in college health, Dr. Nulty has spent the last seven at Illinois State University and the past two as director of Student Health Services.

Dr. Nulty held a crucial role in helping the University navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, serving on the steering team, implementing testing locations, and coordinating vaccine storage. In addition, she has initiated several cross-campus collaborations, expanded providers in Student Health Services, and served on the Redbird Care Team.
