Dr. Jennifer Courts will give a Visiting Artist Lecture for the Wonsook Kim School of art at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, on Zoom.
Courts is an associate professor of art history and the program coordinator of art and design at The University of Southern Mississippi. Her research centers on the roles of women as makers and consumers of Early Modern art. She authored the work For Salvation or Reputation? The Representation of Saints in a Jouvenel des Ursins Book of Hours. Courts holds a doctorate in art history from Florida State University.
