Undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines are invited to submit proposals for the annual Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) Student Research Symposium.
The Symposium will honor 25 years in 2022. Organizers are seeking presentations, panels, papers, and performance pieces for the event. Topics should be related to the study of women or gender, and the intersections with race, sexuality, class/caste, colonization, and (dis)ability. Students must have a faculty sponsor.
The deadline for submissions is March 18, 2022. The 25th annual Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Symposium will be held virtually April 1-15, 2022.
Proposals must include a cover sheet with:
- Title of paper/presentation
- Names and contact information of presenter(s) or panel members
- Name of faculty sponsor and (if relevant) course number
- A description of the presentation or a copy of the paper
