Fall is here, which means our Redbird chefs are preparing for the holidays. Follow along with Family and Consumer Sciences graduate students Gabby Haskell and Ann Weidmayer as they put together a festive autumn salad that will be the center of attention for your fall harvest table.
The virtual event is free to attend. Participants can register online now through November 22. Questions can be sent to Juliana Nelson, assistant director for Alumni Engagement.
In the following days, once registration is completed, guests will receive via email the salad recipe, grocery list, and a step-by-step video to follow along to prepare a new dish to add to your autumn menus.
