Courses are accessible 24/7 from a desktop or mobile device allowing for self-paced and on-demand learning and will be integrated through

LinkedIn Learning also offers tremendous potential for managers and employees to create development plans as part of the performance review process. Effective leaders are committed to developing their staff, and they understand fundamentally that supporting a workplace culture that fosters learning and development requires continuous personal commitment and access to resources. Human Resources is working with a team representing a cross-section of faculty and staff from all divisions to also review, recommend, and cultivate learning modules and sessions that will be featured on the Illinois State LinkedIn Learning landing page soon.

Accessing your account and getting started:

Visit LinkedIn Learning by logging in directly from (within the “Online Tools” or directly from the main “Search”). Watch an entire course, or individual videos – some are as short as four or five minutes. Bookmark courses that suit your interests, keep track of the courses taken, and receive a certificate when a course is completed. Those who have a LinkedIn profile will also be given the option to integrate learning with that profile.
