Alumni are invited to the Alumni Association annual meeting tentatively set for 10:45 a.m. on June 11 in the Old Main Room in the Bone Student Center. Agenda items include the election of the Alumni Association board of director members and officers as well as voting on amendments to the Association’s constitution.

The proposed changes will look at officer experience and succession in Article III, adjusting the number of at-large board members and the term limits as noted in Article IV, and the location of board meetings in Article VI.

The current constitution can be seen on the Association’s webpage. The updated constitution can be reviewed here.

Alumni with active membership status in the Alumni Association are eligible to vote at the meeting. To be active, alumni must have made a gift through the Illinois State University Foundation in the current or preceding fiscal year.
