Career Services is pleased to invite employers seeking Illinois State talent to attend its annual fall career fairs. Whether they are alumni who are seeking to give back to Illinois State by hiring a Redbird, or recruiters from Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, or nonprofit and educational institutions, they are sure to meet outstanding candidates for their open positions.

“With over 20,200 students from more than 160 areas of study, Illinois State University’s career fairs are an excellent resource for connecting with Redbirds,” states Career Services Associate Director for Employer Relations Natalie R. Alexander.

This fall’s career fairs include:

  • Accounting Career Fair, Friday, September 9, Bone Student Center – connects employers with candidates seeking internships or full-time positions in accounting
  • Fall Internship Fair, Wednesday, September 21, Bone Student Center – connects employers from all industries with candidates seeking internship positions
  • Fall Career Fair, Wednesday, October 5, Bone Student Center – connects employers from all industries seeking candidates for full-time positions
  • Education Career Fair, Tuesday, November 1, Bone Student Center – connects school administrators, superintendents, and other employers from the field of education seeking student teachers and candidates in education and related fields for open positions
  • Health, Human, and Public Service Career Fair, Friday, November 11, Bone Student Center – connects recruiters from hospitals, health and human service organizations, and public and social service agencies seeking to hire candidates interested in full-time employment and internship experiences in health care, criminal justice, political science, and those interested in working in nonprofit and government
