Approximately 6,000 students will be moving into Illinois State University residence halls and on-campus apartments August 15-21. Students are given the option of selecting the day and time of their arrival on campus. Fall semester classes begin on August 22.

Three hundred volunteers, including students, staff, faculty, Illinois State Athletics teams, registered student organizations, and community members will be on hand during the week to assist students and their families with the Move-in process.

Temporary traffic patterns and some street closures will be in effect August 15-21. Fell Avenue will be closed between Mulberry Street and College Avenue and will be southbound only between Mulberry Street and Beaufort Street. Signs will be posted to alert drivers to temporary traffic patterns as well as available parking for Move-in.
