Illinois State University Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts is participating in the 2022 Strategic National Arts Alumni Project (SNAAP)––a one-of-a-kind survey that explores the lives of arts alumni nationwide. SNAAP gathers, analyzes, and reports on survey data from arts alumni to better understand their professional success, educational satisfaction, and personal fulfillment. SNAAP survey data delivers a national profile of how artists living in America prepare for their careers and allows for a deepened understanding of what constitutes success in the arts, and the extent of artists’ contributions to culture and society.

In fall 2022, all Illinois State University graduates of Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts will receive an email invitation to participate in the online survey. By verifying the alumni office has your current email address, you can be sure not to miss your chance to share your experiences and help shape the future of arts higher education across the country and at your alma mater, Illinois State University.

The Strategic National Arts Alumni Project explores the lives and careers of arts graduates.

The time our alumni spend sharing their experiences will help the Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts at Illinois State University along with many other participating institutions across the country better prepare students for success, whether they stay in the arts or use what they have learned in other professional fields.

SNAAP is supported by grants from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Emily Hall Tremaine Foundation (EHTF).
