The Early Childhood Education-Faculty Preparation (ECE-FP) program is designed for early childhood education (Birth-Grade 2) teachers with at least one year of experience seeking to earn a master’s in Teaching and Learning. The ECE-FP program seeks to prepare current ECE professionals to teach future ECE teachers.

The 15-month, online program features specially designed content to meet the educational needs of adult learners and capitalize on their experiences in the classroom. Professional development workshops and conferences are included.

A bachelor’s degree in education with at least one year of experience in an early childhood setting are required. People from historically underserved communities and/or those who have served children and families in high-need communities are especially encouraged to apply.

The program begins in May 2023.
