Choosing a major or career can be a big decision. That’s why the Career Center is pleased to bring career development expert Jon Schlesinger, M.Ed. to campus to help students and alumni identify the best major or career match for their skills, interests, and abilities.
During the Exploring Majors and Careers in a Changing World Lunch and Learn event on January 28, held at the Bone Student Center Prairie Room from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Schlesinger will explain how to break down the self-discovery process and uncover the factors that influence one’s path while also providing the necessary tools for a complete search. Faculty and staff are also invited to attend.

Previously, he served as the assistant director for Career Development at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and as a career counselor and intern at University Career Services, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
