Support for Nursing Mothers
Learn more about Illinois breastfeeding laws, Illinois State University policy, and explore how to successfully return to school or work as a breastfeeding mom. This is a free class open to faculty, staff, and students. Nonpregnant partners are welcome as well. Sessions are facilitated by Brandy Hansen, a certified lactation consultant. Register online at Wellness.IllinoisState.edu. Here is the upcoming event date:

Weight Watchers at Work
Participants may join at any time. Meetings are held every Tuesday in 250F McCormick Hall. Weigh-in begins at noon, and the meeting is held from 12:30–1 p.m. For more information, please attend a meeting or call (309) 438-WELL (9355), or email nbgegel@IllinoisState.edu.

Working Moms Chat n Chew
Join fellow working moms for lunch and share tips, ask questions, and lend support in a confidential environment. Chat n Chews are held in the McAlister’s Private Dining Room in the Bone Student Center, unless otherwise noted on the University events calendar. No registration required. Lunch is not provided, and there is no formal program. Here is the upcoming event date:
