Summer Lifestyle Enhancement Program

May 16 to August 14

Spring classes include badminton, balanced bellies and backs, noon yoga, Tuesday evening yoga, tai chi, and table tennis. Class descriptions, schedules, and registration forms are available online.

Available on Wednesdays at a cost of $15 for 15 minutes.

Mindfulness Class for Employees
