Get high-quality, low-cost produce through Fresh FAVs! Open to students, faculty, staff, and retirees, this program offers low-cost, high-quality produce once a week for eight weeks.

Stress less with free mindfulness classes for employees and students. Mindfulness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings. Health Promotion and Wellness offers free mindfulness classes for Illinois State students and employees throughout the academic year.

Join Health Promotion and Wellness, Campus Recreation, and other campus resources to kick off the SEVEN program 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, on the Quad.
