Greetings fellow Redbirds!

I want to start this letter with congratulations to President Dietz. The Black Colleagues Association gives our best regards for a healthy and enjoyable retirement. His dedication and character have been an example that can serve as goals for others. President Dietz’ contributions to Illinois State University and the Black Colleagues Association are sincerely appreciated.

Thank you to all who participated in our exciting Homecoming virtual party on April 9. Your support resulted in another record-breaking fundraiser of $14,359 from 129 total gifts! Through the end of March, the Black Colleagues Association has raised more than $47,000 from almost 400 generous donors. Your philanthropic support allows the Association to continue awarding scholarships while keeping Illinois State affordable and accessible to Black students.

We welcome you to become involved with the Black Colleagues Association and share your talents too.
