As we wrap up the 2020-2021 school year, I want to offer my deepest gratitude for the excellent work of our faculty, staff, and faculty associates throughout the College and the Lab Schools.

It has been a tradition in the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations (EAF) to go the extra mile to build relationships with their students and alumni. EAF’s latest initiative is an innovative and fun way of cultivating a future generation of leaders.

For 25 years, the Illinois State University Laboratory Schools have partnered with area school districts to provide comprehensive services for children with low incidence disabilities.

The Innovative Network of Urban Special Educators (INFUSE) program is a faculty developed sequence in the Department of Special Education (SED) that includes urban education and special education focused classes for pre-service teachers.

With over 80 NTTs in TCH alone, it is important to recognize the key role that these colleagues play in preparing teachers.

The many centers housed within the College of Education are an integral component of the work we do. Each center is responsible for producing a wealth of amazing research and other efforts to advance the education profession.
