Festival ISU on the Quad, August 31.

Greetings! Our fall 2021 school year is already in full swing. Throughout campus students are remarking that they are very pleased to be back and in classrooms and with their classmates. While we are currently wearing masks indoors, the high vaccination rates, the ongoing weekly testing, and low weekly positivity rate are reassuring.

As part of our incremental improvement efforts, we have upgraded this Foundation Board communication to include our monthly Fundraising reports, some of the most important information from the last month, and those slices of campus life that keep you up to date with Illinois State. I hope you enjoy the new format.

Here are some recent and future Illinois State happenings:

On the first day, President Kinzy welcomed students to campus.

After being away from campus for over a year, students officially came back for in-person learning on August 16. Students spent the 2020-2021 academic year distanced, virtual, and masked, but Redbirds are ready to return to a normal campus life moving forward.
