The fourth annual Redbird Recipe Contest winners were announced this month. Four finalists—two in each category, Main/Side Dish and Desserts/Sweets—were named, and three of them are Illinois State alumni with the fourth being a current student. The finalists’ recipes were featured during Homecoming week, and dining center guests voted for their favorites.
