Early Career Achievement Awards (ECAA) recognize younger graduates who have demonstrated innovative and responsible professional leadership, the potential for future distinction, and a commitment to serving others. 2023-24 Advancing Research and Creative Scholarship (ARCS) award winners announced
Twenty-two teams applied for this award and applications were reviewed by an external review panel. While they were impressed with the quality of proposals, they felt that 3 stood above all the others.
Creating new partnerships: ISU group visits Moroccan universities
Dr. Roopa Rawjee, executive director of the Office of International Engagement (OIE), along with Dean Dr. Ajay Samant and Dr. Terry Noel from the College of Business (COB) visited two universities in Morocco and signed agreements to expand relations between the schools. The group from ISU visited Al Akhawayn University (AUI) in Ifrane, and Rabat Business School (RBS) in Rabat.
2022 Million Dollar Club inductees announced
The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs announced that fifteen new members have joined Illinois State University’s Million Dollar Club.
Nominations for honorary degrees open, due September 15
Illinois State University is requesting nominations for candidates for the honorary degree. Honorary degrees may be awarded by Illinois State University in recognition of persons who have achieved a record of major distinction at the state or national level in education, public service, literature, business, fine arts, or other professions.
