2021 form W-4 (employee’s withholding certificate) released
The IRS released the 2021 form W-4, employee’s withholding certificate. The 2021 form W-4 is different from previous versions prior to 2020 due to the federal tax law changes that took place in 2018.

Response to deferral of payroll taxes—executive order
At this time, Illinois State University will not be implementing the executive order signed on August 8 deferring the withholding and depositing of payroll taxes.
