Margot Lee Shetterly will help celebrate the 20th anniversary of Science and Technology Week. Shetterly is best-selling author of the book, Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race.
The College of Applied Science and Technology will offer a free showing of Hidden Figures, the true story of the black women mathematicians at NASA who helped fuel some of America’s greatest achievements in space.
